Tracking Google Discover Traffic in Google Analytics

While making a recommendation to a client to optimize their content for Google Discover, I realized that I won't able to show the results in Google Analytics because GA was merging the data from Discover with other sources. Surprisingly, there was no solution for it on the internet. So I decided to solve it and was able to.
